Was standing near my pantry door and herd hissing opend the door and found Shockey's Pure Water system brand new system had sprung a leek , leeking all over the walls and floor. called the company and then reached a prerecorded message SORRY no one is here right now if this is an emergence please call ########## so I did got a very nice Man on the Phone By the name Jerry. helped me to find the bypass and stop the leeking and get the water back on , since the only way before I called Shockey's Pure Water to stop the pressure with the water was to turn the Hole house off from water.
I hope that they can come and fix the problem tomorrow . will noty be aBLE TO DRINK WATER TILL THE SYSTEM IS BACK UP and fixed n running.
